The State of Gaming & Education Event Recap
The Media Arts & Animation program at The New England Institute of Art hosted a special “State of Gaming & Education“ event on January 8th, 2009 to welcome gaming industry insiders to our campus. We had about 35+ people here from various game companies including 2K Boston, 38 Studios, Linden Lab, FirstAct, Turbine, Boston Post Mortem, Orbus Gameworks, etc...

Pixar is Coming!
This is very cool, I must say so myself. Dan Mason, senior animator at Pixar, will be coming to campus on July 31st. He's worked on two of my top five animated films of all time; The Nightmare Before Christmas and Monsters, Inc.
